About the role

We’re looking for an Operations & Treasury professional to help run and scale CCYFX’s global payment operations. You’ll be responsible for daily payment flows, reconciliation, and supporting our banking and EMI relationships.

This is a hands-on role at the core of our fintech operations.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily payment flows across multiple currencies
• Reconcile bank, EMI, and internal accounts
• Monitor balances and support liquidity planning
• Work directly with banks and payment partners
• Investigate and resolve payment issues
• Improve operational processes as we scale

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience in payments, operations, treasury, or banking
• Strong understanding of payment flows and reconciliation
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel skills; fintech or EMI experience is a plus
• Fluent in English (Chinese languages are a bonus)
