About the role

We’re looking for a Compliance & Risk professional to help maintain and strengthen CCYFX’s compliance framework as we scale globally. You’ll work closely with operations, product, and leadership to ensure our business meets regulatory and risk management requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure in a fast-growing, regulated fintech environment.

What you’ll do

• Support day-to-day compliance and risk management activities
• Assist with AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring processes
• Help maintain regulatory policies, procedures, and controls
• Liaise with internal teams on compliance-related matters
• Support audits, reviews, and regulatory requests

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience in compliance, risk, or financial services
• Familiarity with AML / KYC regulations and frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English
