We’re looking for a Technology & Support team member to help support CCYFX’s internal systems and client-facing platforms. You’ll play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly while supporting users across the business.
This is a flexible, part-time role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What you’ll do
Provide technical and operational support to internal teams
Assist with troubleshooting system, platform, and user issues
Support onboarding and setup of tools and internal systems
Work with external vendors and service providers when needed
Help document processes and improve support workflows
What we’re looking for
Background or interest in IT, systems support, or fintech technology
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working with web-based platforms and tools
