Corporate payments for regulated brokers

Treasury conversion, liquidity provider transfers, technology vendor payments and introducing broker rebates for regulated CFD and FX brokers. Client money stays where your regulator requires it to be held.

In shortCCYFX handles corporate payments for regulated CFD and FX brokers: liquidity provider transfers, technology vendor payments, introducing broker rebates and group treasury. It works with brokers regulated by CySEC, the FCA, ASIC, the FSCA, FSA Seychelles, FSC Mauritius and similar regulators. It does not hold or move retail client money.

Why CCYFX

Built for multi-entity broker groups

Most brokers operate several entities under different regulators. We document each entity and its licence once, as one group.

Structure

Whole-group onboarding

An EU entity licensed by CySEC alongside entities in Seychelles, Mauritius or the BVI, onboarded together so intercompany flows are documented.

Margin

Liquidity provider transfers

Margin top-ups and settlements with your liquidity providers, documented against your agreements.

Payouts

Introducing broker rebates

Scheduled rebate and commission payments to verified introducing brokers.

Separation

Corporate funds only

We handle your company’s own money. Client funds remain in your segregated accounts.

Example client

Illustrative, based on typical needs

A CySEC-licensed broker with a Seychelles affiliate

The group tops up margin with two liquidity providers, pays its trading platform and CRM vendors, and settles introducing broker rebates each month. Corporate funds move through CCYFX, while client money stays in the segregated accounts its regulators require.

Questions

CFD and FX brokers: common questions

Do you hold client money for brokers?

No. We handle corporate funds only: treasury, liquidity provider transfers, vendor payments and introducing broker rebates. Client money must remain in segregated accounts, as your regulator requires.

Which regulators do you work with?

We work with brokers regulated in the EU, the UK, Australia and South Africa, and in established offshore regimes such as Seychelles, Mauritius, the BVI and the Cayman Islands. We verify each licence on the regulator’s public register.

Can you onboard our offshore entity as well as our EU entity?

Yes. Most broker groups have several entities, and we onboard them together so that intercompany flows are documented.

Do you serve brokers that accept Canadian clients?

Only where the broker holds the Canadian registration required to deal with Canadian residents.
