Canadian entities

We work with federal and provincial corporations, unlimited liability companies and partnerships, from operating businesses to holding companies within international groups.

In shortCCYFX onboards Canadian federal and provincial corporations, unlimited liability companies and partnerships. Typical documents include articles and a certificate of incorporation, a certificate of status, the register of individuals with significant control and the CRA business number.

Overview

Our home market

Canadian companies may incorporate federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act or under a provincial act, such as British Columbia’s Business Corporations Act. Federal corporations, and corporations in most provinces, must keep a register of individuals with significant control.

With our head office in Vancouver, we understand Canadian corporate records and banking practice, and we convert CAD alongside EUR, USD and GBP for businesses trading internationally.
