Payments for international business companies
IBCs, exempted companies, LLCs and other international entities used for holding, trading and investment. We understand how these companies are formed, governed and evidenced.
In shortCCYFX serves international business companies (IBCs), exempted companies and LLCs used for holding, trading and investment. Typical documents are a certificate of incorporation, constitutional documents, a recent certificate of good standing or incumbency, registers of directors and members, and an ownership chart.
We understand why these companies exist
International companies hold investments, joint ventures, trading operations, intellectual property and group financing. These are legitimate purposes, and they are precisely what banks need to have explained.
We document the purpose of the company, the people behind it and the payments it expects to make. That record answers the questions correspondent banks would otherwise raise on each transfer.
Professional directors
Companies whose directors are provided by a licensed corporate service provider are welcome, as are those with individual directors.
Registry documents
Certificates of incumbency, registers of members and certificates of good standing, in the form each registry or registered agent issues them.
Group onboarding
Onboard several group companies together, so that intercompany payments are documented in advance.
Corporate changes
Tell us when directors or owners change, and we update your file accordingly.
