Questions

Import and export: common questions

Do you need an invoice for every payment?

For supplier payments, yes, or an equivalent document such as a contract or purchase order. It allows us, and the receiving bank, to match the payment to the underlying trade.

Can I lock in a rate for a future payment?

We provide spot foreign exchange only. We do not offer forward contracts or other derivatives.

Which currencies can I pay in?

EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, CAD and other major currencies. Please ask about regional currencies.

How do I add a new supplier?

Send us the supplier’s details and a recent invoice. We verify and screen the supplier before the first payment.
