Curaçao entities

A constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and one of the most widely used licensing centres for online gaming, now operating under a reformed licensing framework.

In shortCCYFX onboards Curaçao BVs and NVs, including operators licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under the National Ordinance on Games of Chance. Typical documents include the Chamber of Commerce extract, the notarial deed of incorporation and the licence.

Overview

A reformed gaming licence

Curaçao has replaced its former master licence and sub-licence system with a reformed framework, under which operators hold their licences directly from the national gaming regulator.

We assess Curaçao operators on their licence under the current framework and on the markets they serve, alongside their ownership and controls.
