In shortCCYFX onboards Isle of Man companies under the Companies Acts 1931 and 2006, foundations, trusts and online gaming businesses licensed by the Gambling Supervision Commission. The Isle of Man is a British Crown Dependency outside the UK and EU.

Overview

A Crown Dependency with two company regimes

The Isle of Man is part of neither the United Kingdom nor the European Union. It has its own parliament, laws and regulators, and uses sterling alongside the Manx pound.

Companies may be formed under the Companies Act 1931, with a traditional board and company secretary, or under the more flexible Companies Act 2006, which requires a licensed registered agent. The Gambling Supervision Commission licenses many international online gaming operators and suppliers.
