United States entities
Delaware and Wyoming LLCs, corporations and partnerships, whether operating businesses, investment vehicles or holding companies owned through international structures.
In shortCCYFX onboards US LLCs, corporations and partnerships, including Delaware and Wyoming entities owned through international structures. Typical documents include the certificate of formation or incorporation, the operating agreement or bylaws, a state certificate of good standing and the IRS EIN letter.
State-formed companies with international owners
US companies are formed at state level. Delaware is the most common choice for corporations and many LLCs, while Wyoming and Nevada are popular for holding LLCs. Each company has an EIN issued by the IRS.
Many of our US clients sit within international structures, such as a Delaware LLC owned by a trust or by a non-US holding company. We document the ownership through every layer to the individuals at the top.
