Estonian entities

Private limited companies in a digital-first EU member state that uses the euro, including companies founded and managed remotely by e-residents.

In shortCCYFX onboards Estonian private limited companies (OÜ), including companies founded and managed by e-residents, who are verified in the same way as any other owner. Typical documents include a recent e-Business Register extract, the articles of association and the beneficial owner details recorded in the register.

Overview

An EU company, managed online

Estonia is an EU member state that uses the euro. Its e-Business Register allows companies to be formed and managed online, and its e-residency programme gives non-residents a government-issued digital identity for doing so. E-residency is a digital identity, not citizenship, residence or a visa.

We onboard e-resident founders in the same way as other owners: we identify them, verify their address, and document the source of their wealth and what the company does. The e-Business Register records the company’s management board, shareholders and beneficial owners.

OÜ founded by e-residents

Used by larger businesses.
