Singaporean entities
Private limited companies and variable capital companies in one of Asia’s principal financial centres, used for regional headquarters, trading, funds and family offices.
In shortCCYFX onboards Singapore private limited companies (Pte Ltd) and variable capital companies (VCCs), including trading, holding and family office vehicles. Typical documents include the certificate of incorporation, the constitution, a recent ACRA business profile and the register of registrable controllers.
An Asian financial centre with clear records
Singapore has a common law legal system, a stable currency and a large financial sector supervised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Many international groups run their Asian headquarters, treasury or trading operations from Singapore.
Companies register with ACRA, which issues a business profile showing the company’s officers, shareholders and registered address. Companies also keep a register of registrable controllers.
