Overview

International companies and licensed dealers

Seychelles international business companies (IBCs) are widely used for holding and trading. Every IBC has a licensed registered agent in Seychelles, which keeps its records and can issue a certificate of incumbency.

The Financial Services Authority regulates non-bank financial services and licenses securities dealers, including many CFD and FX brokers. We verify each licence on the FSA register and the activities it covers.
